Caring for Carers

Monthly Support Group Meeting

 Third Friday of each month (except January) 10.00am - 12noon

All Saint Church meeting room, 23 Puketapu Road in Taradale 

We provide a caring and confidential environment for carers to share their experiences and stories.  The group provides peer support, information and participate in activities that help enhance their own health and wellbeing.  (Some of our carers enjoy social contact outside support group meeting times)
 

The content of our sessions are determined by carers' needs and interests.  At times speakers are invited to talk to the groups about topics relative to their situation and interests.
