Caring for Carers HB Hastings meetings are held on the 1st Friday of each month (except January) at the Headway House, 605 Willowpark Road South in Hastings from 1.30 - 3 pm.
 
Caring for Carers HB Taradale meetings are held on the third Friday of each month (except January) at the All Saint Church meeting room, 23 Puketapu Road in Taradale from 10.00am - 12noon.
 
We provide a caring and confidential environment for carers to share their experiences and stories, to get peer support, listen to interesting speakers, and participate in activities that help enhance their own health and wellbeing. The content of our sessions are determined by carers' needs and interests.

Some of our carers get together in between meeting times for a cuppa and timeout.
