Monthly meetings

Caring for Carers HB get togethers are held on the third Tuesday of each month (except January) at 1 Lee Road, Taradale, from 10.00am to 12noon.

We will have a change of meeting day and venue from April 2010. We will meet on the 3rd Fri each month (not January)at the All Saints Church meeting room in 23 Puketapu Rd. in Taradale, from 10 - 12 noon. Our first meeting there will be on Friday 16th April 2010.

We hope to see some new faces there. Come and check us out.

The meetings are for carers to share their experiences and stories, to get peer support, listen to interesting speakers, and participate in activities that help enhance their own health and wellbeing. The content of our sessions are determined by carers' needs and interests.

Individual support

We also offer one on one support to carers in between monthly meeting times.
