We had a great 1st meeting in our new venue - what a beautiful room! Michelle left a big impression on carers with her knowledge, advice and encouragement she passed on and that was coming from her heart and expereince of having been a carer herself. Some carers realised that they didn't have sufficient information about support services and benefits that might be available to them. To respond to this need we invited staff members from WINZ and OPTIONS HB to our next meeting to inform carers.
