We have susseccfully completed our four session Carer Health and Wellbeing course for carers.

Session 1: Stress management, information about different forms of stress and how we can identify and eliminate/minimise stress and learn better responses to it.                                                 

Session 2:
The importance of self-care and self-pampering for better health.

Session 3:
How to deal with feelings of hopelessness, helplessness, fatigue and depression. Emotional support and self-help information. .

Session 4:
Managing common age related ailments e.g. high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, naturally.
